Your K-Lift subscription is yours to control. Skip a delivery, move a date, pause, change how often you receive it, update your card or cancel. Everything takes under a minute, no password needed.
How it works: enter the email you used at checkout. We send you a secure link that opens your subscription page. The link is valid for 48 hours.
What you can do in one click
- Skip the next delivery if you still have product left.
- Move the date of your next delivery.
- Pause for 1, 2 or 3 months and pick up where you left off.
- Change the frequency, for example every 2 months instead of every month.
- Update your payment card.
- Cancel at any time. No fees, no questions, no waiting period.
Good to know
- We email you 5 days before every delivery is prepared, with the date and the amount, so nothing is ever a surprise. You can skip or move it straight from that email.
- Your subscription price stays the same for as long as you keep it.
- Changes made at least 24 hours before your next delivery date apply to that delivery.
- Your first order is covered by our 30-day guarantee.
