Where We Ship

Sereia Beauty ships to the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Don't see your country at checkout? Email us at contact@sereiabeauty.com and we'll let you know as soon as we open shipping to your region.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.

Processing Time

Every order goes through a quality check before dispatch. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Delivery Times

We ship from our international fulfillment center. Once your order has been dispatched, typical delivery times are:

Total time to your door = processing time (1–3 business days) + delivery time above. Remote and rural areas may take a few extra days. These are estimates, not guarantees — see "Shipping Delays" below.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships. Please allow 2 to 5 days for tracking events to start updating — international shipments sometimes register their first scan only when they reach your country.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us at contact@sereiabeauty.com with your order number.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages

If your order contains several items (for example a bundle offer), they may ship in separate packages that arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package, and you'll never pay extra shipping for split deliveries.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Prices displayed at checkout include applicable taxes. In the vast majority of cases, you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.

In the rare event that your local customs authority applies an import charge to your package, contact us at contact@sereiabeauty.com with your order number and a copy of the customs notice — we'll work out a solution with you so you're not left out of pocket.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order — we ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot reroute packages once they've shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to either reship it or refund the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier but you can't find it:

  1. Check with neighbors, your building's front desk or mailroom, and any safe drop-off spots.
  2. Wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally mark items delivered a day early.
  3. Still missing? Email us at contact@sereiabeauty.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it.

Packages confirmed lost in transit (never marked delivered) are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, reach out and we'll treat the package as lost.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, take a photo before discarding anything and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge or refund you in full — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times depend on international logistics and local carriers. Weather, customs inspections, public holidays (including peak periods like Black Friday and Christmas), and carrier capacity can occasionally extend timelines. If your order is taking longer than the estimates above, email us — we track every shipment and will always tell you exactly where your package is.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided fulfillment has not started. Email contact@sereiabeauty.com with your order number and the change you need. Once a package has shipped, we cannot intercept or modify it — but our 30-day money-back guarantee still has you covered.
